WEINIG CONTUREX for modern windows and entrance doors
As the first producer in the Czech Republic our company is taking use of the latest technology for the production of eurowindows, wood-aluminium windows and entrance doors. During January 2012 we started to manufacture on the german machining center Weinig Conturex 124.
The production of windows and doors is fully automatic, is operated by its own control software Weinig Nexus and is highly flexible. The Conturex takes over the operations of several machines. It is equipped with up to 140 tools for cutting, milling and drilling which are automatically exchanged and the processing is carried out without interruption. Each window or door segment is fitted with a unique patented clamping system, which allows the highest precision of machining. With this cutting edge technology, we offer windows and doors of the highest quality.
