How the window Economy Gold 68 has been created

In recent years in an atmosphere of financial and economic cisis the demand for cheaper goods has considerably increased. As a leading manufacturer of wooden windows, we decided to reflect this situation and we started toproduce good quality but inexpensive wooden windows.

We did not want to follow this Chinese manufacturers path and to offer to the market a cheap but poor product on which we quickly became rich but could make angry our customers.
Our goal was to build for the lowest possible price a wooden eurowindow that will match quality and features of a good Central European standard. Simply a window, which we do not have to be ashamed of, nevertheless everyone could afford it.
The base for any high quality and simultaneously inexpensive product is the most effective and best quality production. The human labor makes up 50% of each window price and therefore any savings in this area is in the product price obvious. It is also necessary to manufacture with the maximum quality, as the reduced risk of potential claims may reduce the product price again.
The very heart of our production is the automated machining center Weinig Conturex, the German special machine for the production of window profiles - the only one machine of its kind in the Czech Republic. We also use automatic grinders for a top finish. Soon, we will install a robotic paint shop.
Owing to this equipment we can produce our eurowindows very cheap and of very good quality.

We have been looking for additional savings also in the material used and in the design of the window.
As the profile for this wooden window we chose the profile IV68 being proven throughout the years. I tis currently the most widely used size of newly manufactured windows in Europe, which has the best ratio price/utility value. Since the prism of this size is the best-selling, it can be bought at the best price. In addition, material savings compared to stronger windows mean 15-25%. As wood species we chose a Nordic pine – available and quality wood, more durable than spruce and less demanding on the surface treatment. The most windows in Europe are produced from pine.
When choosing the fittings, we have been looking for an optimal solution in cooperation with our German supplier, the Company SIGENIA. We chose the proven range of Favorit – hardware which is on the market for many years and it is therefore completely fine-tuned. As the older model has as well a very reasonable price, which we even reduced by cutting off unnecessary features such as the micro-ventilation (which is by the way for wooden windows more harmful than good). We just used good perimeter, opening and holding fittings without unnecessary gadgets that make it needlessly more expensive.
For the glazing we used double glass units, argon filled, from a reputable supplier Saint Gobain. This glass has in our opinion the best ratio price/utility value.
Lower paint consumption, due to the lower window profile comprises again additional savings. But again, we use top thick glaze SIKKENS, not any cheap second-best imitations.

Our new window Economy Gold 68 is a quality wooden eurowindow built from quality components. It offers you good insulation properties and high quality performance for a very reasonable price. It becomes also a real decoration of your interior because the wood has always ranked from everlasting among the most pleasant natural materials.
We believe that we have manager to create a window for those who prefer a price of plastic, but their heart beats for the beauty of wood.
This new window is not suitable for low-energy buildings and even than for customers who always want to have the best of what technological development offers.
This window is intended for people who consider their investments and who want for their money to get the highest utility and aesthetic value. For poeople who love natural materials and who do not want to spend unnecessarily.
